Unauthorised use of the content may breach copyright, trademark, and other laws.

3. Currency

All prices listed on this website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

4. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and debit cards through our secure online checkout.

5. Security and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. Any information collected at checkout is used solely for the processing and dispatch of your purchase. Client details are kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, loaned, or rented to third parties under any circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please choose your artwork carefully. As everything is made to order with love and care, all purchases of Original Art and Limited Edition Prints are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please email us at marcia@marciapriestley.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the external box

  • The shipping label on the box

  • Photos of the damage to the artwork and/or frame
    (The more images you provide, the better.)

We will be in touch to assist you. Please note, all packages are fully insured.

My work isn’t simply about the subjects I paint—it’s about the story each piece holds beneath the surface. Every gesture, figure, or motif is a vessel for something deeper: a narrative thread, a remembered feeling, a provocation. The concept drives the composition. I’m less interested in perfect likeness and more drawn to evoking something intangible—an atmosphere, a tension, a moment suspended in thought.
